I just moved here, and I needed storage. After having trouble after contacting several other places, the property manager Beth got me set up in fifteen minutes. I called advantage self storage about 15 minutes before closing. Wasn't sure if they were going to be able to help me and thought I would have to wait until monday. But Sara took the time to wait for me even though it was almost closing time. She was very informative, her customers service was beyond amazing! After a family emergency, I had about a day and a half to find a good storage unit and move just about everything into it. Needless to say, life was horribly crazy. Sara helped me through the process very quickly, helped me pick the perfect size unit, and addressed my concerns of cleanliness, infestation, and flooding. My last storage unit experience was a nightmare. I had my things in storage for almost a year. Everything was still in great condition. The site manager Sarah is the best manager I’ve worked with in the past 10 years of using several of these kind of facilities. I didn’t feel rushed and you can tell when someone loves what they do as they listen to the customer and she obviously loves what she does! The facility has a the most camera’s I’ve ever seen, many of the others say that but this place actually does and that’s most important as I found out the hard way at the last place in Trenton. Outside storage was free of weeds, another thing others fail at doing and that attracts mice so was happy to see they care enough to do things right here! Looking forward to years of stress free storage here as a welcomed change!

The facility and unit are spotless, and this location provides excellent security having a live-in resident on site plus many cameras, fences, gates, plus a great location with no homes nearby. Sara worked with maintenance to make sure unit's door opened easily for us. She is a great customer service manager!

I have rented a unit with this location for about 4 years now. Have moved to different units over that time and it's always been made easy by the staff. After looking at several businesses in the area we consider ourselves very lucky to have found Advantage. We needed a parking spot and a unit for equipment and that’s not easy to find both in one spot. It is very clean and there are cameras everywhere. And the unit even has a light! Really pleased with Advantage Self Storage. My sister and I have been renting here for a few years and never have never had any problems. The manager, Ezra, is easy to work with and so helpful. I like that the place is so safe and clean (not like some of the storage places I've been to that are pretty run down and sketchy). Prices are reasonable, too. Very happy with our storage unit and our boat lot, but hate that we have a 10pm curfew in order to have our boat in or out or the storage lot. I don't know why it can't be a 24/7 free access when there is so much security.

I have used Advantage for various storage needs multiple times since this facility first opened and I have never been disappointed. The staff is pleasant and very helpful. The facility is well maintained and we have never had a problem with leaks, theft, or any other issues. The security is excellent to the point that on one occasion the staff noticed the lock on our unit was not secured as it should be (due to our error) and they notified me immediately. I would highly recommend Advantage for your storage needs.

I would highly recommend this facility to everyone. When I came here to inquire about units, I had the pleasure of dealing with a lady named Ezra. She was so polite and courteous. She was extremely helpful in helping me pick out a correct size unit and answered all of the questions that I had. Ezra also assisted me over the phone on another occasion when I had a minor issue with the payment portal. She took the time to walk me through the steps to show me where I had made my mistake. The facility always looks clenched and we'll kept. I would highly recommend this storage facility to everyone!!!

I have been storing with Advantage for a few years now. Not once have I ever had a problem. Friendly service with a smile, great hours and reasonable pricing. I love knowing that my 'treasures' are safe and sound. Any questions that I've ever have had have been answered promptly.
