I have been renting from Cove Point Self Storage frequently over the past ten years and ninety five percent of the time it’s been Tabitha that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. This is my second time using cove point self storage and I loved it the first time so I used it the second time the units are always clean and she makes you check to see if the lock is good and I needed more time to get my things into the storage unit and she worked with me and tabby is really nice, caring and respectful to her customers that come in I would recommend cove point self storage to anyone that is looking for a storage unit

I had a great moving experience using Cove Point Self Storage. Tabetha was an outstanding representative of the company and was fast, friendly, and answered all my questions and anticipated things I might not have thought about. I purchased boxes and packing material at reasonable prices, rented a truck for 2 days, and two storage units and everything went smoothly.. We have been storing our stuff here for the past 2+ years now, and we love their customer service and worry free storing here. We had the biggest size and we fit a 4 bedroom house set in it, then we downgraded once we found a house and still have at least 2 bedrooms worth of stuff in it.

We had a terrific experience here at Cove Point Self Storage. The grounds are well maintained, very clean. We met with Tabatha, Senior Manager, and she was great. Very thorough throughout the process. She followed up with us to keep us updated on availability and helped arrange the scheduling of U HAUL trucks for family and friends. Highly recommended!

I have been at Cove Point Storage for about 6yrs (inside). The management (Tabby) is OUTSTANDING. Tabby is always cheerful and ready to help and answer questions. Tabby goes above and beyond the norm. She is a pleasure to work with. On occasion I have needed to rent an additional outside storage unit and Tabby has always been extremely helpful in accommodating my needs. The facilities are well maintained. Clean, bright and in top condition. Best self-store storage I have used. Highly Recommend.

We recently rented a storage unit from Cove Point. The manager Tabatha was MORE than helpful. She was very knowledgeable, considerate, and respectful. It was a stressful day and she put us right at ease. Tabatha was able to guide us to select the right size unit for our needs without going over. A few days later we returned to rent a Uhaul, and chose Cove Point because of Tabatha's service. We had also tried the other self storage facilities in Lusby, but we were turned off by either the demeanor of the employees or appearance of the lot. We highly recommend Cove Point.

From day one she has been cheerful and ready to help with my storage needs. She listened to what I needed and with great eagerness she had me all set up and out the door in record time. I have rented multiple storage units and U-Hauls from here. The manager is awesome friendly and extremely helpful. When there was an issue with a u-haul I ordered she fixed it in the matter of minutes even tho she was not working that day. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a storage unit!!
