Time worked out to be able to move in the day I needed, due to Gina calling me back and keeping me updated on storage unit availability. Even if I had to wait a bit, it is worth the wait. Thank you!

Very helpful staff! They have a secure storage facility, with options for climate control and outdoor units. The climate control building has two levels, with a service elevator to shuttle things up and down.

Rented a U-Haul and they were very friendly and efficient. U-Haul was clean inside and out.

Gina was super! We had an unexpected call to move an elderly person out by 30 Nov. We arrived at 0900 on 30 Nov,,she provided us a 20' truck and had a unit available. Very welcoming, informative, helpful and accommodating!

My husband and I have been renting a climate controlled storage unit with Beach Self Storage for almost three years now and I have only positive things to say about this facility and the staff. The entire facility is always very clean and the staff at this location are always very polite, professional and nice to interact with all the way around. The manager, Crystal, is awesome!! She’s always ready and more than willing to answer questions and address any and all concerns, (I had quite a few questions and a couple concerns when we first rented our unit). Apart from the professional side of her personality, she is always a pleasant and polite individual to interact with. It is obvious that she cares about people, and not just because the storage facility is getting your money.

The manager, I believe her name is Crystal, is amazing. very helpful and extremely courteous. i wouldnt go anywhere else. just perfect!

If you ever need a storage unit the best there is is in Calvert County! Beach Storage! They are clean and have the absolute best customer service! Crystal, made the process a piece of cake she had me in and out within 5 mins! Most offices are usually, stuffy, and cluttered, oh no not Beach Storage! Crystal has it spic and span up there and keeps the Lysol wipes and Clorox wipes ready and available! So no worries in disinfecting, she has that under control! Once again, the best storage to go to in Calvert County is Beach Storage, Crystal will not disappoint you and will have you in and out with the best customer service! Tell her I sent you, she’ll definitely take care of you!

Very clean and neat, very secure. If I could suggest one thing, way too much paperwork, I didn't do that much paperwork to buy my new truck. Computerize forms so once info is inputted you can print everything filled out sign and initial and be done. To long.....

Very easy process and the rates are extremely reasonable. The man in the office was real nice and walked me through the process. I feel like it is a local family business too which for me is always a plus.

I got my storage unit a little less than a month ago, the manager, Tabatha was amazing ! Took me on a tour of the units helped with sizes. They had a special going on so I got the unit at a very big discount. The service and facility is amazing! I was able to also rent a uhaul and the process was very smooth and easy. I unfortunately didn’t need my unit any more and canceling was very easy and no charge. Overall the place is fantastic and service it the best, would recommend to anyone in the area. Only thing I would change is some signs inside the storage units because I got lost a couple times in there but otherwise top notch!

Tabatha could not have been anymore helpful. She was terrific, she took me to all the different sized storage units so I could make up my mind. Very professional, its a pleasure to work with someone like her.

I have been pleasantly surprised how smoothly everything has been. I’ve added a unit and then switched to a larger with no problems! 1st month free, cheaper than surrounding area and new! Free locks and carts to use. Friendly service.
