Centerville addresses are our largest group of customers and Springboro is the fastest-growing, now close to a quarter of new rentals.
- Do you serve Springboro?
Yes, and more every year. Springboro renters have grown from about one in six of our move-ins to nearly one in four over the last two years. We're a straight shot up OH-48 from the Winding Creek area and the north side of Springboro, which makes us convenient without fighting traffic through town.
- Do you offer a military discount?
We do. Tell our manager when you rent and we'll apply it — it's our way of saying thank you for serving. We also rent month-to-month with no long-term contract, which helps if orders change on short notice.
- What are your gate and office hours?
Gate access runs every day from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM, which is earlier than most storage facilities in the area — handy if you're loading a work trailer before the job site. Our office is open Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. Renting and bill pay are available online anytime.
- Should I choose a drive-up or a climate-controlled unit?
Drive-up units let you unload straight from your truck and work well for tools, lawn equipment and seasonal gear. Climate-controlled units stay warm in winter and cool in summer, which matters for wood and upholstered furniture, artwork, electronics, leather, antiques and documents. If you're storing longer than a month or two, the climate-controlled option is the safer choice.
- Can my business store inventory and receive packages here?
Yes. We accept package deliveries for our commercial customers, so retailers, realtors, landscapers, contractors and pharmacies can have inventory and supplies sent here instead of to an office or a home. The property is fenced and lit, with 24-hour cameras and a manager who runs security checks during the day. Space is tight — call ahead to check availability.
- What size unit do I need?
A 5x10 fits a studio or dorm room's worth of belongings, a 10x10 holds a one-bedroom apartment, a 10x15 covers most two-bedroom homes, and a 10x20 handles a two- to three-bedroom house. Our climate-controlled units run from 5x10 to 10x20 and our drive-up units from 5x10 to 10x30. Our manager can walk you through the options in person.
