If I could give 6 out of 5 stars I would. Rented a 10x15 unit online for a move from Columbus to Toledo. Process was easy, straightforward, and the facilities are pristine. My move was scheduled over the weekend after hours. After having a conversation with the property manager Amy, not only was she able to move my unit closer to an entrance for the movers, but she also came in 2 hours after they had closed to help with the paperwork, layout of the facility including all entrances and cart storage, and helped to get the full benefit of their promo by extending it out an extra month since I booked at the end of the month. Yeah you can find facilities in Toledo with similar setups, but I bet they don’t have customer service like that!

This is second time renting from these folks and the place is great. Not only are the units very clean and well maintained but the staff is very friendly, professional, helpful and courteous! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a storage facility !!

Customer service at the desk very nice and friendly. They have some carts to use for your convenience. I chose the climate control unit and the management keeps the place up. Halls are wide and well lit also accessible doors can get you closer to your unit made unloading very easy. All in all runs very well with a small staff.

The professional attentive customer service makes me proud of this Ft Wayne facility. We've used other facilities for both professional business storage and home overflow and nothing comes close. Truly a gem. The gentlemen that run the facility make you feel like friends and their ability to provide impeccable service is a guide to other local businesses. I recently rented out a 10x10 storage unit in the Prince Frederick Beach Storage location. Crystal was the one who helped me and walked me through the process. I was extremely impressed with the facility and Crystal’s knowledge and ability to answer any of my questions. The entire facility was immaculately clean and there were no signs of damp, moisture, or stale smells. We live locally and are currently getting ready to move about 10 minutes away, so the location was perfect. It is right between our current house and our new house. Crystal was amazing and she was even kind and understanding to my 2 year old son who frequently has to come with me for things like this as I do not currently have childcare. All in all I highly recommend this location.

Clean and safe facilities. Michelle is absolutely amazing and you guys definitely need an office cat to go with the peaceful relaxing vibe in there.

The facility is new and clean. The isles are wide enough to get big items through easily. There are many ways to enter the building so it makes it easier to access your unit where ever it is. Amy is great she makes sure everything is explained and gives you a tour to familiarize you with the facility. A+ should add some signs like in a hotel to make it easier to find your locker if you forgot where it is. Even a few blue print type maps with locker numbers would help since this location is a maze. Be prepared you will be forced to purchase insurance or provide proof of homeowners insurance if you store stuff here. This is the first time I had to show proof of insurance for renting a locker. If you can't provide proof of insurance you have to buy their insurance to even store a red solo cup in a locker. The addition of a few extra flat bed carts would help also for when 2 or more renters show up at the same time. Also a Lowes type lumber cart would help for moving bed mattresses or big flat items. The locker ceilings are about 2-3 ft lower than others I've had, but should be adequate enough. The parking lot is tight if your bringing your stuff in a trailer longer than 10 ft, but it might get better when the building construction next door is done and the rest of the parking lot is opened back up.

Great experience! It’s not easy when moving or trying to make room, but Michelle at Maryland self storage helped make it easier. She helped identify my storage needs and showed me the perfect sized storage area. Michelle explained everything from the best way to access the area to how the bill breaks down. The facility is very well maintained and clean. Interior of the buildings are well lit and the area feels very safe and secure. It is also a U-haul location. Incredibly clean building and units. Friendly customers and an amazing front desk representation with Gina. There is no doubt in my mind that this company is the best throughout the DMV area. Time worked out to be able to move in the day I needed, due to Gina calling me back and keeping me updated on storage unit availability. Even if I had to wait a bit, it is worth the wait. Thank you!

Units are clean, well lit, and gated. I was pleasantly surprised at the security measures they have at this facility. We stopped by one day to check them out and was shown around to several different units....we were not sure what size we needed. The day we leased a unit, the ladies were just as eager to assist us with everything we needed. They were understanding of how stressful moving can be and offered their knowledgeable ideas of packing and loading the unit. I just can't say enough praise about the customer service.

I had to go in person to provide a copy of ID and SSN, it was quick paperwork. After the paperwork I received a free heavy duty lock w/ keys & my personal code. Amy was so thorough with explaining everything, the price was lower and location was perfect for my business. No hidden fees and it was nice that a lock and 3 keys were included in the 1 time start up fee.

Facility is new clean, and Amy the manager did an excellent job of helping me pick my storage unit and finalize The paperwork.

The lady that helped me was kind and wonderful. A black lady, she knew her work and answered all my questions about the storages. She went beyond her job and showed me the grounds were clean and secure! She gets an A+ in my book. I enjoyed her conversation and how prompt she was, and how knowledgeable she was about the property.

After having a terrible experience at istorage in Kettering and being left with a uhaul full of furniture and nowhere to store it, I called Stealth to see if they had any units available. Leanna answered the phone (which is more than I got at the other place). She was sweet and so helpful. I told her what I needed and she said she did have some availability. I thanked her, hung up and drove right over. Not only was she sweet on the phone, she was equally as nice in person. She offered a couple of options to me and let me choose the storage unit I wanted. The office and storage spaces were immaculate and Leanna got me through the rental process in minutes. She even brought a door stop to me before we started unloading, so we didn’t have to hold the door open (indoor unit). The whole experience from start to finish was PERFECT and all for the same price I was planning to pay anyway! I couldn’t be happier with Leanna and Stealth Storage. I HIGHLY recommend them!

My husband Rob and I have been using Stealth Storage for a little over a year, and we are very happy with it! When my mother passed away we needed some space for furniture and mementos from her home, so we rented a 2nd unit (in addition to one that Rob uses for his contractor tools/materials). Leanna in the office was SO helpful! We will continue using Stealth Storage for our storage needs for as long as we live in the area, and wholeheartedly recommend them. Not only is the facility basically brand new, but the prices are lower than just about everyone else in town! Stealth Storage is your best bet if you need a storage unit in Beavercreek, and considering how competitive the pricing is, it's probably worth the drive even if you're a bit farther away. Stop in and tell Leanna that Rob & Chris sent you! And ask about promos - they seem to usually offer one thing or another. We even got an ongoing monthly discount for renting more than 1 unit from them!

My family and I have been using Stealth Storage since last year, and have been extremely happy with both the company and the staff. So happy that when our other unit with a company, who will go unnamed, soured due to numerous price hikes, we decided to rent another unit at Stealth and move things here. I stopped in the office and talked with Leanna. She was extremely helpful in letting me know what my options were. Anytime I've needed to stop into the office she's been the staff member on duty, and has always been professional, polite, and represented her company competently and courteously. The prices are very competitive, they offer promos on pricing for new units, the place is practically brand new, and there are cameras all over so you feel confident that your stuff is secure. You really can't go wrong! I absolutely would recommend Stealth Storage if you're in need of a storage unit.

This is by far the best storage unit in downtown Cleveland, if not all of Cleveland, & it is in large because of the manager Julia. The facility is immaculate; the cleanest one I have ever seen. Julia does a lot of the cleaning herself if not all of it. The bathroom is even clean! I am a disabled female & can access & use their bathroom without any issue & that’s saying a lot. I am also able to access our units (we have three!) without any issue. My husband & I needed a storage unit quickly, had a horrible experience at a highly rated nearby unit: the unit was dirty, unswept, the floors uneven (trip hazard) & a support beam 1/3 way into the unit blocking storage access & decreasing space as well as having horrible customer service from the local management to the corporate customer service and management. All these issues were resolved when we found Breakwater. Julia personally helped us choose the unit with the best location for us (& me being in a wheelchair) to access & helped ensure it was spotless before we moved in. We were so pleased we rented two more units there with the same great service. Julia even helped us choose the right size units to rent which were correct & not even close to what the professional moving company said we needed. Julia is always there to help or answer the phone & if not, she returns all phone calls almost immediately. We are more than satisfied with Breakwater but particularly with Julia who keeps the place running so smoothly. She is friendly, knowledgeable, happy to help & overall just goes above & beyond with the customer service. We called & researched many storage units before finding Breakwater; our only regret is that we did not find them sooner. I never write reviews but I thought I should share the info about this place with anyone else needing storage, especially last minute like us. I highly recommend Breakwater Storage.

I was in need of a storage unit for my son’s college dorm things for over the summer and found Breakwater Storage. Not only is the facility meticulously maintained, it is sparkling clean and super easy to get in and out of (the loading garage area is amazing!). To be totally honest, the place could have been a dump (but it is not!) and I still would have chosen it because of JULIA!!! Julia is the facility manager and she is a STELLAR human being. She is incredibly friendly, full of integrity and a total joy to work with. I highly recommend this business because of her.

Unlike other storage facilities that require you to do everything yourself online or through a smart-phone with no human communication. This facility had an attendant on site, that I was able to speak to and answer all my questions. I was very pleased with this.

No complaints as of April 2023, but to be fair, the facility is still pretty new. The place is super clean, easy to access (with an indoor unloading dock), and Julia, the staff member who is usually there, is very friendly.

It’s been awhile, but I stopped in at Stealth today – the facility looked clean and well maintained as usual. I like the easy access and I feel safe coming/going, typically after business hours. This time I came during the day and met the gal working there and was delighted to see her jigsaw puzzle in progress! It was a real conversation starter and I learned about her passion for puzzles and plan to eventually hang them at home. The fact that she stores completed puzzles at her unit at Stealth is a testament that this facility can be trusted to store our prized possessions! Moreover, our conversation about her hobby, versus just interacting with someone sitting behind a desk, was so enjoyable! It helps promote Stealth as a neighborly friend! Now I want to schedule my stops during business hours to see what her next puzzle is! UPDATE: I stopped in recently (last week or week before?) and I was disappointed to see that the gal was NOT working on a puzzle - and no puzzle was in sight?! Apparently, the owners said to stop unless it is out of sight? Well, that negates all the positive attributes that I mentioned in my first review - the office being unique in that it has a conversation starter and a worker whose eyes reflect happiness! I'm saddened by the turn of events and I'm "puzzled" on the owners' decision. Given the facility is clean with tasks completed and customers receive full attention when visiting, why can't the employee complete a puzzle when idle, akin to reading a book or watching tv (both less likely to be conversation starters). I would like to retract my 5 star rating, but this window only allows text input. :(

I highly recommend this storage facility on Alexis Rd. The site is very secure and the staff is always top notch. I mostly paid my bill in person and every time, for four years, I was greeted with a big hello and a smile. I will go back to this site if I need their services in the future.

Called to make a payment at 3:00pm on 12-1-22 and the two ladies were great and very helpful cant remember the names! Debbie and kurstie maybe?

Ive been at this site for the last 5 years and still going. Tabatha has always been great to me through Multiple tours of being gone with the Military and just rough times at life shes always been able to find a way to help. And the facilities are always well maintained.

I rent from all over the United States and she is by far the greatest. Never a negative experience. Always go above and beyond what is expected. Very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and you can see that it is more than a job to her.
