I recently rented out a 10x10 storage unit in the Prince Frederick Beach Storage location. Crystal was the one who helped me and walked me through the process. I was extremely impressed with the facility and Crystal’s knowledge and ability to answer any of my questions. The entire facility was immaculately clean and there were no signs of damp, moisture, or stale smells. We live locally and are currently getting ready to move about 10 minutes away, so the location was perfect. It is right between our current house and our new house. Crystal was amazing and she was even kind and understanding to my 2 year old son who frequently has to come with me for things like this as I do not currently have childcare. All in all I highly recommend this location.

We made an online reservation and came in to secure the unit. The process was easy. I am bad with names, but the lady who helped me was outstanding and knew her job!!! She was able to get me started while finishing up with another customer. Very nice and pleasant. The office was also decorated with Easter and I loved that as well. The office felt homey. The office was clean and well-organized!!!

Tabitha is an absolute angel walking the earth. I rented a U-Haul from another location, and it had none of the moving supplies I’d ordered. I called Beach Self Storage desperate for help and Tabitha answered. Even though they were closing she called around, found the supplies at Lusby Self Storage, and then drove down there to meet me and load everything up. She was the only thing that went right today and I will never go anywhere else. Tabitha is the absolute best.
