Great experience! It’s not easy when moving or trying to make room, but Michelle at Maryland self storage helped make it easier. She helped identify my storage needs and showed me the perfect sized storage area. Michelle explained everything from the best way to access the area to how the bill breaks down. The facility is very well maintained and clean. Interior of the buildings are well lit and the area feels very safe and secure. It is also a U-haul location. Thank you Michelle and Maryland Self Storage.

Units are clean, well lit, and gated. I was pleasantly surprised at the security measures they have at this facility. We stopped by one day to check them out and was shown around to several different units....we were not sure what size we needed. The day we leased a unit, the ladies were just as eager to assist us with everything we needed. They were understanding of how stressful moving can be and offered their knowledgeable ideas of packing and loading the unit. I just can't say enough praise about the customer service.

I’ve never had to use a storage place before and was nervous about navigating through the lot but Michelle was so patient and explained everything to me and showed me around and made sure I knew every detail. I am happy with my decision to rent with Maryland Self Storage. Michelle was so very helpful showed a few different units and answer all questions I had. After 3 months I needed to downsize both Sharon and Michelle were so helpful helping to make my transfer worry free! I have rented in several other places and always felt like I was imposing if I had a question or needed to change my credit card. Feel almost like a friend or even family with Michelle and Sharon. My wife and I considered putting some things in storage for quite some time. She found a listing for Maryland Self Storage online and we decided to check it out. The rates are really good compared to other facilities nearby. We decided to check out their facility and could not have been more pleased. The place is immaculately clean, well lit, and seems to be very secure. When we rented the unit, Michelle was very helpful and explained everything in detail. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

New facility, clean and secure. Looking forward to using the storage unit as we downsize. Worked with a couple of employees via phone and then in person. They were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The lease process was easy and informative. With the lease timing being now we were able to take advantage of a special with the first 3 months at half price of rental. We were offered and are taking advantage of the insurance. Check this place out, well worth it.

I rented one of the units on Thursday around 430 my plans Internet changing and I was able to move into my house that night so I had to cancel they were more than helpful and even with the extra mile to cancel my contract and refund my money the staff was so friendly Melissa was probably one of the sweetest people I met at whole day highly recommended

This brand new storage facility is awesome! Very clean, wide driveways, climate controlled, moving dollies, etc. staff is very pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend this location on Nursery Road in Lusby. Conveniently located near CRE and White Sands.

Everything I needed for my storage needs. Units are brand new, clean and secure. Rentals are month to month, cancel or extend at the first if any month. Units very in sizes and choices of climate controlled or not.

So far, I have had a pretty good experience here. I have used this location to drop off two U-hauls and rent a storage container. The site is clean. Michelle in the office is nice and friendly. Definitely recommend.
