Julia was so wonderful to work with. She came in from home to accommodate our late arrival to the city and get us squared away with our storage unit! She gave us the full tour and all of the needed information and assistance even though she was already off work for the weekend. It was such a pleasant experience and welcome into our new city!!

I was in need of a storage unit for my son’s college dorm things for over the summer and found Breakwater Storage. Not only is the facility meticulously maintained, it is sparkling clean and super easy to get in and out of (the loading garage area is amazing!). To be totally honest, the place could have been a dump (but it is not!) and I still would have chosen it because of JULIA!!! Julia is the facility manager and she is a STELLAR human being. She is incredibly friendly, full of integrity and a total joy to work with. I highly recommend this business because of her.

No complaints as of April 2023, but to be fair, the facility is still pretty new. The place is super clean, easy to access (with an indoor unloading dock), and Julia, the staff member who is usually there, is very friendly.

Convenient location. Easy access through the large front garage door. Push cart available to move things in and out. Motion detection lighting system helps me feel safe. Courteous staff. Very happy I found this place.
