Units are clean, well lit, and gated. I was pleasantly surprised at the security measures they have at this facility. We stopped by one day to check them out and was shown around to several different units....we were not sure what size we needed. The day we leased a unit, the ladies were just as eager to assist us with everything we needed. They were understanding of how stressful moving can be and offered their knowledgeable ideas of packing and loading the unit. I just can't say enough praise about the customer service.

First time using A+ storage. I went with this business because of the amazing reviews. The online process to rent was very easy. I had to go in person to provide a copy of ID and SSN, it was quick paperwork. After the paperwork I received a free heavy duty lock w/ keys & my personal code. Upon entering I was greeted immediately and instantly felt welcomed. Staff had such good energy. Very helpful and honest! I was taken to see the storage! Again very secure&safe, very clean and easy to navigate. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It’s not too often you find FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL businesses.

After having a terrible experience at istorage in Kettering and being left with a uhaul full of furniture and nowhere to store it, I called Stealth to see if they had any units available. Leanna answered the phone (which is more than I got at the other place). She was sweet and so helpful. I told her what I needed and she said she did have some availability. I thanked her, hung up and drove right over. Not only was she sweet on the phone, she was equally as nice in person. She offered a couple of options to me and let me choose the storage unit I wanted. The office and storage spaces were immaculate and Leanna got me through the rental process in minutes. She even brought a door stop to me before we started unloading, so we didn’t have to hold the door open (indoor unit). The whole experience from start to finish was PERFECT and all for the same price I was planning to pay anyway! I couldn’t be happier with Leanna and Stealth Storage. I HIGHLY recommend them!

My husband Rob and I have been using Stealth Storage for a little over a year, and we are very happy with it! When my mother passed away we needed some space for furniture and mementos from her home, so we rented a 2nd unit (in addition to one that Rob uses for his contractor tools/materials). Leanna in the office was SO helpful! We will continue using Stealth Storage for our storage needs for as long as we live in the area, and wholeheartedly recommend them. Not only is the facility basically brand new, but the prices are lower than just about everyone else in town! Stealth Storage is your best bet if you need a storage unit in Beavercreek, and considering how competitive the pricing is, it's probably worth the drive even if you're a bit farther away. Stop in and tell Leanna that Rob & Chris sent you! And ask about promos - they seem to usually offer one thing or another. We even got an ongoing monthly discount for renting more than 1 unit from them!

My family and I have been using Stealth Storage since last year, and have been extremely happy with both the company and the staff. So happy that when our other unit with a company, who will go unnamed, soured due to numerous price hikes, we decided to rent another unit at Stealth and move things here. I stopped in the office and talked with Leanna. She was extremely helpful in letting me know what my options were. Anytime I've needed to stop into the office she's been the staff member on duty, and has always been professional, polite, and represented her company competently and courteously.
The prices are very competitive, they offer promos on pricing for new units, the place is practically brand new, and there are cameras all over so you feel confident that your stuff is secure. You really can't go wrong! I absolutely would recommend Stealth Storage if you're in need of a storage unit.

This is by far the best storage unit in downtown Cleveland, if not all of Cleveland, & it is in large because of the manager Julia. The facility is immaculate; the cleanest one I have ever seen. Julia does a lot of the cleaning herself if not all of it. The bathroom is even clean! I am a disabled female & can access & use their bathroom without any issue & that’s saying a lot. I am also able to access our units (we have three!) without any issue. My husband & I needed a storage unit quickly, had a horrible experience at a highly rated nearby unit: the unit was dirty, unswept, the floors uneven (trip hazard) & a support beam 1/3 way into the unit blocking storage access & decreasing space as well as having horrible customer service from the local management to the corporate customer service and management. All these issues were resolved when we found Breakwater. Julia personally helped us choose the unit with the best location for us (& me being in a wheelchair) to access & helped ensure it was spotless before we moved in. We were so pleased we rented two more units there with the same great service. Julia even helped us choose the right size units to rent which were correct & not even close to what the professional moving company said we needed. Julia is always there to help or answer the phone & if not, she returns all phone calls almost immediately. We are more than satisfied with Breakwater but particularly with Julia who keeps the place running so smoothly. She is friendly, knowledgeable, happy to help & overall just goes above & beyond with the customer service. We called & researched many storage units before finding Breakwater; our only regret is that we did not find them sooner. I never write reviews but I thought I should share the info about this place with anyone else needing storage, especially last minute like us. I highly recommend Breakwater Storage.

I was in need of a storage unit for my son’s college dorm things for over the summer and found Breakwater Storage. Not only is the facility meticulously maintained, it is sparkling clean and super easy to get in and out of (the loading garage area is amazing!). To be totally honest, the place could have been a dump (but it is not!) and I still would have chosen it because of JULIA!!! Julia is the facility manager and she is a STELLAR human being. She is incredibly friendly, full of integrity and a total joy to work with. I highly recommend this business because of her.

It’s been awhile, but I stopped in at Stealth today – the facility looked clean and well maintained as usual. I like the easy access and I feel safe coming/going, typically after business hours. This time I came during the day and met the gal working there and was delighted to see her jigsaw puzzle in progress! It was a real conversation starter and I learned about her passion for puzzles and plan to eventually hang them at home. The fact that she stores completed puzzles at her unit at Stealth is a testament that this facility can be trusted to store our prized possessions! Moreover, our conversation about her hobby, versus just interacting with someone sitting behind a desk, was so enjoyable! It helps promote Stealth as a neighborly friend! Now I want to schedule my stops during business hours to see what her next puzzle is!
UPDATE: I stopped in recently (last week or week before?) and I was disappointed to see that the gal was NOT working on a puzzle - and no puzzle was in sight?! Apparently, the owners said to stop unless it is out of sight? Well, that negates all the positive attributes that I mentioned in my first review - the office being unique in that it has a conversation starter and a worker whose eyes reflect happiness! I'm saddened by the turn of events and I'm "puzzled" on the owners' decision. Given the facility is clean with tasks completed and customers receive full attention when visiting, why can't the employee complete a puzzle when idle, akin to reading a book or watching tv (both less likely to be conversation starters). I would like to retract my 5 star rating, but this window only allows text input. :(

Tabitha is an absolute angel walking the earth. I rented a U-Haul from another location, and it had none of the moving supplies I’d ordered. I called Beach Self Storage desperate for help and Tabitha answered. Even though they were closing she called around, found the supplies at Lusby Self Storage, and then drove down there to meet me and load everything up.
She was the only thing that went right today and I will never go anywhere else. Tabitha is the absolute best.

The rates are really good compared to other facilities nearby. We decided to check out their facility and could not have been more pleased. The place is immaculately clean, well lit, and seems to be very secure.

They were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The lease process was easy and informative. With the lease timing being now we were able to take advantage of a special with the first 3 months at half price of rental. We were offered and are taking advantage of the insurance.

Brian helped me set up a unit quickly and easily. No surprises when it came time to pay, except for a happy one: 10% off for prepaying a year. That was an easy choice. The location is inobtrusive and climate control was a nice bonus. The admin fee was also a little less than other storage companies; I'm on a tight budget, so every little bit helps. Would recommend.

I can't say enough nice things about this place. I have now rented 2 units here, one small and one large. The set up is secure, the units and buildings are clean and the staff is exceptional. The ladies are always friendly and knowledgeable and go above and beyond with excellent customer service. Once I was called because staff had seen I hadn't put my lock on properly and wanted to let me know so I could return to fix it. I hadn't been there for a week or more but everything was just as I left it. This is a great place to meet your storage needs!

This place is great in the sense that it is brand new, the climate is well controlled, the units are very nice, and the Bluetooth entry is a dream. What is not great is having to move your things while skating on an ice rink of thick ice in the parking lots where you park to move your things, no complimentary door stops, and no carts or dollies or anything thoughtful around. They didn’t take the time to go out and spend a couple dollars on cheap door stops, but they did take the time to post a sign on every door making it clear that you should not use the bait traps by the doors as door stops or you will be charged for damage to them. So good luck holding the door open with your hands full! I’ve rented many storage units in my life and they always have either one or all of these things covered. I hope in the future they can accommodate a bit more!

Our Stuff has been stored here for a few months the price is pretty good. And the only complaint I have is the temperature is supposed to be controlled in the building where you're stuff's at and it's not when we go in there where our stuff is we have to get in and get out it's so cold in there.

I have had multiple indoor units. They were all perfect. The employees Brian and Zac know you by name and they are very helpful and understanding. I have moved quite a few times and each time I was able to use the facilities moving truck that is always available for use. I couldn’t ask for a safe and friendlier environment. Very clean and each customer has there own code that gets them in and out of the units. Your things are always safe. For every new unit, you get a a free lock and four keys.

Storage spaces are clean and new. Prices are very reasonable. I was not happy about the requirement to provide my Social Security number. This is certainly not needed as there are many other ways to verify my identity. Requiring SSN provides opportunities for criminals to hack your system and steal identities.

Making a reservation online was easy, the staff responded promptly by telephone, and was very polite when we first visited the office in person to finish the paperwork and get the lock, etc. The storage unit was found to be clean when we moved in. The whole site in Maumee is very nice and clean.

This is by far the best storage facility I have ever stored my belongings at. I have been with Springfield storage depot since 2015 and couldn't be more satisfied with their prices and service. Prior mgmt was great, but new mgmt is AMAZING!!! I'm currently in a situation where I'm moving from a rental to my own home but due to inspections it's been delayed. I was able to get the last storage unit available even tho too small to hold everything. Wendy said she would let me know if anything else came available that was larger, and was true to her word. I'm now totally less stressed knowing I'll be able to store everything until moving day, and I'm so thankful. The units are always clean, hrs of business convenient, prices extremely reasonable, the mgmt is honest and trustworthy, and Wendy is so pleasant and helpful. I will never take my storage business anywhere else!! I highly recommend Springfield Storage Depot on Belmont Ave in Springfield Ohio!!!

The units are clean and the facility is laid out more intuitively than at least 2 other self storage units that I checked out in the area. Unit rent prices are reasonable. The only concern I had was in contract. It says they can raise prices at any time with no cap (maybe that's normal for self storage units, but it made me question that policy). Good place to store your belongings and with a manager like Ms. Kathy, you wont want to store your stuff anywhere else.

Where to start? Conveniently located and reasonably priced. The manager Kathy makes you want to rent from here but not because she is pushy but because she is friendly and treats you like a person and not just another customer. Wish more places had managers like her! She explains everything from when the rent is due and when a late fee will be applied to when they will go further. Nothing is hidden from the customers before they sign the contract. Even explained how they would like people to exit the property and explained the reasoning behind it. If you need a storage unit come to Summit you won’t be disappointed! Storage units are very clean. Also have measures to keep your belongings safe from moisture.

8/12/2020: I recently rented a storage unit for the first time. I checked so many websites, their prices, locations, access hours, & available units. I finally found the storage unit that check ALL my requirements and more. It was A+ Self Storage, 909 Illinois Ave., Maumee, OH 43537. When I initially called and spoke to Haley, the Manager, she had all the specific information I needed and was extremely friendly and not pushy. I put a hold on the unit I wanted to rent and told her I would see her in a couple of days. The day of my appointment I also as able to meet Karen, the Assistant Manager. Also very friendly. The office was extremely clean as was the outside. Haley, told me that she remembered in our phone conversation I mentioned that I have painful arthritis in my foot and that a unit of he same size had come available only it was closer to the door, so she moved me. I thanked so much for her thoughtfulness. What a special gesture. Once a couple of papers were signed she gave me my code and then my free security lock w/keys for the unit and headed to see the unit. It was right around the corner from the office. The 5' x10' is perfect!! Plus they are currently running a special of buy one month, 2nd month for free. I truly can't say enough good things about Haley, Karen and A+ Self Storage. The unit was clean. The hallways and floors were clean. Having this be the first time to experience renting a storage unit, A+ Self Storage will be recommended to anyone who needs one. I cannot say enough good things about Summit and the service I have received from them! Kathy is there for you every step of the way and truly wants to know YOU as well as your storage needs. The cleanliness of the property is second to none and it is EXTREMELY secure. I am renting one of the larger units for my three-bedroom apartment and cannot believe how much space I'm getting for the price. My jaw dropped when the door came open and I saw it for the first time! Plus, as advertised, the units are climate-controlled and cared for very well. An added bonus is that everyone gets a free heavy-duty lock with their unit! Why anyone would go anywhere else for storage is beyond me! Check them out ASAP if you're on the hunt!

Kathy will go above and beyond to assist you with your needs. In my case, I recently moved here from Germany and my household goods arrived in country quicker than I expected. My shipping company was going to charge me an extortionate amount to hold my goods in there storage facility as I still haven't found a place to live yet, so I had to act quickly. after securing a unit online at Summit, Kathy reached out and I explained my situation. She informed me that it would be difficult to get my goods delivered here by my shipping company, as the truck/trailer could potentially be too large to access my unit. I inquired if I could come by to take some photos to send to my shipping company and she said it would be no problem. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly smile and Kathy proceeded to fix my online booking so my truck would have a straight shot in and out of the facility thus insuring my goods could be delivered. She even called them to verify everything to alleviate some of the stress on my shoulders. She wasn't done though, as the next day I was informed that the day I had scheduled for delivery and the first day of my rental contract, wouldn't be possible and delivery had to be moved forward. Kathy once again stepped up to assist insuring that I would have access to the facility. If you have storage needs I highly recommend Summit Self Storage. Kathy will give you the greatest assistance possible.

Summit Self Storage is a great facility to use for any storage needs, large or small. The facility is safe, clean, and provides great service to its renters. My job has been using Summit for a while now and always have easy access into and out of the area. We recently had a change in management and their senior manager, Kelly, was able to assist with a change in ownership of the unit. She was able to fit me into a same day appointment and quickly assisted with the change.

After a family emergency, I had about a day and a half to find a good storage unit and move just about everything into it. Needless to say, life was horribly crazy. Sara helped me through the process very quickly, helped me pick the perfect size unit, and addressed my concerns of cleanliness, infestation, and flooding. My last storage unit experience was a nightmare.
I had my things in storage for almost a year. Everything was still in great condition. The automatic bill payment option gave me one less thing to worry about. When it was time to get my things, Sara made it very easy to wrap things up. Very pleased with the staff and service.

Fast forward I called where the use to be in North Augusta and they had beef sold but I got a price for a 10x15 climate control for $191. Kathy was pleasant and professional. The climate controlled unit was just what I needed. However when it came time to do the paperwork I was asked for my social security number. Kathy confirmed that hard copies of the forms with SS# are stored in file cabinets in the office and also entered on a computer database. There is not a privacy policy nor assurances that the database wouldn’t be hacked or the files accessed by unscrupulous persons. So I walked away.

Great facility, brand spanking new! The ladies in the office were super helpful. They not only knew what would/could work for me but informed me that the next size up was on special and that it would benefit me to size up. Not a pushy sales pitch, but genuinely concerned about my particular situation. Preparing to sell a home and waiting on a new construction home to finish. They thoroughly explained the options and expenses and allowed me to make an informed decision. For me the convenience of the location at I20 and Riverwatch Expressway is perfect. Currently live in Evans, GA. and moving to Graniteville, SC. I work downtown Augusta, so it easy to make small trips with stuff. Definitely recommend at least checking them out.
Update: I have rented a second unit. I can't say enough about the helpful staff and the quality and ease of access of this location. We needed to get the rest of our stuff out due to closing on current home and waiting on construction of new residence. Adding a unit was quick and easy couple of signatures and a swipe of a card and done. Did I mention how super competitive the rates are? And your in a new facility that is in a more secure location than most. Try them, I assure you that you won't be disappointed!

I had a great moving experience using Cove Point Self Storage. Tabetha was an outstanding representative of the company and was fast, friendly, and answered all my questions and anticipated things I might not have thought about. Garrett (manager/owner) was easy to talk to on the phone to get a tentative plan, and the contract process was very clear (it did take about an hour to go through everything, so be prepared for that). He was straightforward and helpful. He was also really flexible when I wasn't sure exactly how much storage space I would need. They have supplies like locks on site for reasonable prices. The units are all ground level, easy to access, and the units I saw were all very clean, as were the hallways. It seemed very secure, too. It's only a few minutes north of Publix, and prices were very reasonable compared to some of the units in central Mt. P. Also, lots of options and good advice re: climate controlled vs not. If you're using your own renters insurance to cover contents, be sure to bring a dec page with you. All in all, I will definitely use Summit anytime I need storage.

The site manager Sarah is the best manager I’ve worked with in the past 10 years of using several of these kind of facilities. I didn’t feel rushed and you can tell when someone loves what they do as they listen to the customer and she obviously loves what she does! The facility has a the most camera’s I’ve ever seen, many of the others say that but this place actually does and that’s most important as I found out the hard way at the last place in Trenton. Outside storage was free of weeds, another thing others fail at doing and that attracts mice so was happy to see they care enough to do things right here! If you ever need a storage unit the best there is is in Calvert County! Beach Storage! They are clean and have the absolute best customer service! Crystal, made the process a piece of cake she had me in and out within 5 mins! Most offices are usually, stuffy, and cluttered, oh no not Beach Storage! Crystal has it spic and span up there and keeps the Lysol wipes and Clorox wipes ready and available! So no worries in disinfecting, she has that under control! Once again, the best storage to go to in Calvert County is Beach Storage, Crystal will not disappoint you and will have you in and out with the best customer service! We have been storing our stuff here for the past 2+ years now, and we love their customer service and worry free storing here. We had the biggest size and we fit a 4 bedroom house set in it, then we downgraded once we found a house and still have at least 2 bedrooms worth of stuff in it.

Have been very pleased with Advantage Self Storage Hamilton. Manager Sara has been very helpful, professional, and courteous setting up our storage unit. The facility and unit are spotless, and this location provides excellent security having a live-in resident on site plus many cameras, fences, gates, plus a great location with no homes nearby. Sara worked with maintenance to make sure unit's door opened easily for us. She is a great customer service manager!

The entire experience from signing a contract, to convenient auto billing, to the cleanliness of our climate controlled unit was flawless. The owner is delightful and her other staff very helpful. Haley was unbelievably helpful from the moment we walked in the door. Originally we had opted for a 5x10 unit, and when we got there we feared it was not big enough. Haley showed us two larger units, then effortlessly and painlessly was able to transfer our previously filled out lease agreement in minutes. The facilities and property were clean and up kept, and she offered palettes to store stuff on in the unit itself. She was kind and helpful, and made moving into a storage unit hassle free and quick. I can only share my own personal experience with summit self storage. Ive used their service for about a year now, and the clerk and management giving by Ms Kathy is more than a 5 star rating. I travel a lot and usually am away but shes very understanding, and knowledgeable of all your moving needs. Moreso Ms Kathy goes out of her way to help each client personally for any circumstances while renting. Certainly one of the best storage place in the area. Everything is well maintained and kept clean. Access is easy and circulating, maneuvering and parking close to your unit is easy. I rented 2 unis for around a year to store furniture and belonging as we were building a new house and did not get any damage on anything. Units are dry and no insect or critter. On top of thid, staff is very accessible and helpful. I will store with them again if needed.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a reasonably priced storage unit in Augusta. A friend referred us to Summit Self Storage. I’ll admit I was skeptical at first; the price seemed too good to be true, and my experience has been you get what you pay for. Boy, was I wrong and happy to admit that I was wrong! We got a very well priced unit, big enough to hold everything we have, but Kathy Williams went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us and make our move easy. I would recommend this facility based on the price if I remembered to do so, but because of Kathy, I’ve been talking to friends and family about how wonderful this facility is and strongly recommending that anyone looking for a storage unit come to Summit Self Storage. Price and security are important, and you get both there, but phenomenal customer service is rare these days, and Kathy provides probably the best customer service I’ve experienced. I am a university student and needed a last-minute place to store my stuff. South Bradford Street Self Storage made a unit available for me.
Every time I went to the facility, I felt safe and comfortable being there alone. The facility was ALWAYS well maintained, air-conditioned, and the staff was extremely helpful/kind.

I made my reservation online through SelfStorage.com. It was quick, risk free, and easy. I was only disappointed that this facility only allows you to hold the risk free reservation online for one day. But once I was in the office, it sounded like they can extend that once completing your contract.
Their prices are reasonable, the site seems very secure, safe, and clean. Safe part of town.
Haley, their front desk manager, I believe, was INCREDIBLY friendly and accommodating. She has fantastic customer service and genuinely seems to enjoy her job and care for her clients.
I feel very pleased with my decision to rent here. Thank you Haley for everything!

Located in a nice, safe, well lit area. Reasonable prices and choices in size of lockers. Great promotions- I personally received my 1st month free, only paying for my lock and keys. Durning the Covid-19 pandemic, they waived my late fee and gave me an additional 3 weeks to make my payment. Vacated my unit on the 1st of the month, with no additional fees, even though they do ok offer a reasonable pro-rated fee should you require an additional few days (6th day is when the late fee of $20 is applied). I highly recommended this place, as my family and I have utilized their services on several occasions, with exceptional serves each and every time!!

Even though we had a miscommunication in the beginning she did everything she could to make us happy that we chose this location to store our belongings. We had a large truck coming from NC. She helped our driver maneuver his way safely into the facility. She went out of her way to help us in any way she could and make this day as painless and stress free as possible. I have had a unit at this location for approximately 7 months. The place is extremely clean and the staff, especially Haley Foreman, have always been very helpful and kind to us, even over the phone. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The prices are a little bit higher than other places but it is worth it because of the cleaniness, the security and the wonderful staff. As I was thinking about renting some storage space, I happened to see off Riverwatch Parkway a new storage facility being built, Summit Self Storage. I just decided to go there to see the facility and inquire about rates, safety, staff, times of entry and exit. My first thought was how clean and neat this place was... it literally looked just built. Finding out it was a year old and they were building additional storage units. I first met Kathy, who was extremely helpful and answered all my many questions. She made me feel very comfortable and was very accommodating. She showed me around and opened up a few units for me and explained every detail about this property. How to get in, where to go, and how they took pride in the facility, and gave me personal attention! I was sold on the spot! Did some paperwork, she gave me a free lock, all locks looked uniform, no junkie locks were on units... it made a difference. I met Kathy's assistant, Shelly, she also was kind and made me feel very welcome! The both work well and complement each other! I’m happy I stopped by. I highly recommend if your looking for storage space, do yourself a favor, don’t waste your time looking, Summit Self Storage, off Riverwatch Parkway will be your only stop!

Second time storing with Advantage and I highly recommend them. Lots of unit sizes including climate controlled options. They have a plow come through the units which helps when moving in winter! We had an apt fire back in 2018 and Advantage was the only part of the transition that was easy.
I have to highlight the fact that Linda Keaton is a slice of heaven and the best part of the experience. She is extremenly thoughtful when considering your unit options vs your items being stored. You'll go in to rent a storage unit and spend the afternoon just talking to Linda. Why she sits behind that front desk is beyond me because she deserves more! See ya in Florida LK!

They spared no expense to help keep your belongings safe and secure. Plenty of outside spaces for easy access and lots of climate controlled rooms (which I use) to keep those items you can't risk being exposed to the humidity, heat, and cold.

We just moved to N. Augusta from Texas and decided to use this storage unit due to the close proximity to where we were moving to. I can honestly say that I will never use another facility as long as I live in this area and Kathy is the Manager there. From the day that I reserved the unit, she has helped us in every way that she can. She has checked with us daily to make sure that we're getting what we need and when we need it. When we had any issues with our planning, she's been there to help us figure things out. When I had an issue with the Uhaul after hours, she was there. She was the first person that we met here and she is simply an awesome person! I really can't say enough about her customer service and her genuine personality. All the storage units are new. Summit also has climate controlled units. They have 53 cameras that are monitored on a wide screen tv in the office. This location totally rocks and the office girls are so friendly and personable, it’s refreshing! They are very quick to resolve any situation that comes along and always make sure I’m happy! The property and units are always extremely clean, and with the 24/7 monitoring system, I know my items are safely being stored! I have to give kudos to Melody, she has excellent customer service skills!! She took the time to explain the sizes of the units, what the units are usually used for and price points. She was very personable and even handled an irate gentleman waiting very politely.
I also appreciate the area manager, she corrected some wrongs and went above and beyond!!
The facility is clean and the units are clean. While I was there, there was a company clearing out mattresses left by other tenants. I liked seeing that this sort of thing gets taken care of before they start attracting rodents and bugs.
The only reason I have to give this company a four star rating is because of an associate by the name of Jasmine, she is quite possibly one of the rudest people I have spoken to in my life. She clearly doesn't value customers and possesses no customer service skills whatsoever. She needs to be trained on what having a job in the field of customer service is.
All in all, I would suggest getting a unit with A+. I would suggest to A+ to get rid of or fully train the rotten apple.

Most of the reviews entailed here are spot on for both ends of the spectrum, The facility is new so therefore has not had time to become derelict. The website is the best way to ensure accurate pricing and specials but what is available onsite doesn't correlate with the web. As well as the hours and availability of the dolly is not convenient. The cons are the requirements of facility provided insurance, which make you wonder if a commission is not made. Second is the dates of rent and contract, i.e. You move in after the first of the month, your rate will be prorated for those days up until the end of the month including admin fees and insurance pro ration, this will then be conceived as one month even if not a full 30 days, then your second month and thereafter will be the 1st of every month and a 10 day notice requirement of move out, with the 5th being late for fees and month paid in full. So even though it is on a month to month it isn't. Ex. You move in on the 15th of month with a 50% off special for 3 months, your rate from the 15th to the end of that month will be prorated but the admin fees and required in house insurance will come to the price of the unit. Then on the 1st of the next month you will be charged for that month at (special) and thus constitutes your second month, then if on the 1st of following month will be consider your 3rd month of contract and charged a full month. Basically what I'm saying is the rental and price is not on a rolling 30 days as in the example above. So the ultimate benefit is to ensure you move in on the 1st up to the 5th and also have your own insurance at time of move in and if you so determines your products can't be replaced or valued under 2500 then cancel your own insurance. As the in house insurance only values at 2500 anything above that has to have approval by facility.

When I started looking for a storage unit - "All Star Self Storage" was my first stop. Met Katrina and she told me about the units and cost. She also showed me two climate control units so I could get an idea of the sizes. Unfortunately, the only one available was to small and the other one was being held for someone. Told her I would check back.
When I left All Star I went to a competitor - I was told they did not have anything available and they were unable to give me any prices on a unit since they had nothing available. I guess their representative didn't want to be bothered since there was nothing available. After having met Katrina, needless to say there is no comparison to her and the experience I had with her.
Went back to see Katrina the following day to see if unit she was holding had been rented or not. It had been, but she was very positive and indicated since we were at the end of the month something may open up. She took my name and number (along with my daughter's information) and said she would call if something opened up. She ended up calling - as several units opened up. I now have a unit with All Star.
Katrina was a joy to work with. She is a great asset to All Star Storage and represents the company well. Great job Katrina... Keep up the good work!

I got my storage unit a little less than a month ago, the manager, Tabatha was amazing ! Took me on a tour of the units helped with sizes. They had a special going on so I got the unit at a very big discount. The service and facility is amazing! I was able to also rent a uhaul and the process was very smooth and easy. I unfortunately didn’t need my unit any more and canceling was very easy and no charge. Overall the place is fantastic and service it the best, would recommend to anyone in the area. Only thing I would change is some signs inside the storage units because I got lost a couple times in there but otherwise top notch!

I have been at Cove Point Storage for about 6yrs (inside). The management (Tabby) is OUTSTANDING.
Tabby is always cheerful and ready to help and answer questions. Tabby goes above and beyond the norm. She is a pleasure to work with. On occasion I have needed to rent an additional outside storage unit and Tabby has always been extremely helpful in accommodating my needs. The facilities are well maintained. Clean, bright and in top condition. Best self-store storage I have used. Highly Recommend.

Katrina at All-Star Self Storage has been the best to work with. I have avoided storage units in part because of pushy and combative personnel who don't take pride in what they do nor taking care of clients. They don't maintain the property and have an unprofessional take it or leave it attitude. This attitude is so prevalent that I would rather give my stuff away than store it. And that worked until I had to move and NEEDED storage. Katrina was SO TREMENDOUSLY DIFFERENT from what I had seen family and friends deal with. I felt my items were safe and well cared for. There was an issue with a truck over charge that was not her doing, but she readily took care of it. She is friendly, courteous, and easy to do business with. She takes pride in her work and it shows in the appearance of the office and the grounds. Good luck and God bless Katrina!

I have rented a unit with this location for about 4 years now. Have moved to different units over that time and it's always been made easy by the staff. Nice place to store equipment. Facility is clean and the location is convenient.. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the number of rate increases and the fact that if your credit card is run monthly for rent and something doesn't go through, they don't call you to see what's up. Instead, you have to find out when you are AT THE SHED trying to get in the gate and your code doesn't work. Fortunately both times it took place, it was on a day when I didn't have to pick up equipment for work in a timely manner. Had this happened at a date and time when I was headed to work, it would have caused serious issues. Loyal patronage deserves a courtesy call when something goes wrong.

Overall - a very good experience. Clean, quality units that are great for their purpose. My only disappointment (and my reason for not giving 5 stars) is that I felt their rental terms when I signed were unclear. Advantage offers a free month, which is great for attracting new customers. However, what they did not readily share with me is that if in the final month, when you leave, if your occupancy passes the 5th of the month than you pay for the entire month. If you leave on the 5th or before of the month, the monthly amount is prorated.
I kind of feel that this is intentional in order for them to likely collect on the free month they give up front, as chances are that people will be there past the 5th, especially since this is not discussed verbally when getting the unit. I'm not a lawyer, but I read the contact and I don't believe it is expressed in the contract either.
With that being said, I did believe the unit served the purpose I needed and I would use them again if I needed their services.

We have stored our son's furniture here over summer break from school for the past three years. The facility is very clean and easily accessible. There is a moving van you can borrow for a minimal fee of $.75 per mile. Bills are sent via email and can be paid online also. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Exceptional Customer Service and Super Friendly Staff. Don't even bother with other places in town, they all try to nickel and dime you. Here, your bill is exactly the same every month and they make getting setup incredibly easy. Can't recommend more.

Really pleased with Advantage Self Storage. My sister and I have been renting here for a few years and never have never had any problems. The manager, Ezra, is easy to work with and so helpful. I like that the place is so safe and clean (not like some of the storage places I've been to that are pretty run down and sketchy). Prices are reasonable, too. Until I can get a bigger house, I'll be here.

I have had an excellent experience with Advantage self storage, even from day one when I first went into the office to rent a storage unit. All the personal was helpful. 24 hour access and staff is always very helpful. Reasonable monthly rates.
Edit: 12/15/16 no longer needed unit and closed my account. Check out was painless and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Very happy with our storage unit and our boat lot, but hate that we have a 10pm curfew in order to have our boat in or out or the storage lot. I don't know why it can't be a 24/7 free access when there is so much security.

One of the best storage facilities in town. Dry units, clean property, and in a good convenient location for me. I can get in 24/7 which is important since I work 2nd. The guys in the office were very helpful and professional. Being able to use the box truck saved me a lot of money! I would highly recommend.

I have rented a unit from here for years and have been nothing but completely pleased with my experience. From how clean the lockers and lot is to the management being very friendly and always greeting me. I would recommend advantage self storage to anyone who needed a safe place to keep their belongings. There are not many places to have a 24 hour security living on site. Everyone there is very helpful and I can sleep well knowing my belongings are safe. If someone told me they ever had a bad experience here I would believe it. Advantage self storage is awesome!

We recently rented a storage unit from Cove Point. The manager Tabatha was MORE than helpful. She was very knowledgeable, considerate, and respectful. It was a stressful day and she put us right at ease. Tabatha was able to guide us to select the right size unit for our needs without going over. A few days later we returned to rent a Uhaul, and chose Cove Point because of Tabatha's service. We had also tried the other self storage facilities in Lusby, but we were turned off by either the demeanor of the employees or appearance of the lot. We highly recommend Cove Point.

I went online and the website first to look over cost and size and options. I ended up reserving a 5x10 space. A couple of days later I went to Fort Security in Fort Wayne, IN. There were two associates working and they both helped me. They were very friendly and helpful. They showed me the size I had reserved and then one larger. I ended up picking the larger one. Both the website and in person was a pleasant experience and they seem to be happy to have one's business. I have rented from other storage companies and they were fine but the customer service here was much better.

I had to get a storage unit quickly, but on a very tight budget. When I entered the Cove Point Office, I was greeted with a warm hello, by Tabitha. From day one she has been cheerful and ready to help with my storage needs. She listened to what I needed and with great eagerness she had me all set up and out the door in record time. I have rented multiple storage units and U-Hauls from here. The manager is awesome friendly and extremely helpful. When there was an issue with a u-haul I ordered she fixed it in the matter of minutes even tho she was not working that day. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a storage unit!!

Front desk personnel returned my call promptly, reserved a unit for me, and checked me in professionally and rapidly. Space was clean, incredibly easy to access, and secure. I am using the storage unit temporarily to help with my parent's move; but I am most likely going to keep it for myself when they are done with it as it offers a great solution to free up some valuable space at home!

I have used Advantage for various storage needs multiple times since this facility first opened and I have never been disappointed. The staff is pleasant and very helpful. The facility is well maintained and we have never had a problem with leaks, theft, or any other issues. The security is excellent to the point that on one occasion the staff noticed the lock on our unit was not secured as it should be (due to our error) and they notified me immediately. I would highly recommend Advantage for your storage needs.

I would highly recommend this facility to everyone. When I came here to inquire about units, I had the pleasure of dealing with a lady named Ezra. She was so polite and courteous. She was extremely helpful in helping me pick out a correct size unit and answered all of the questions that I had. Ezra also assisted me over the phone on another occasion when I had a minor issue with the payment portal. She took the time to walk me through the steps to show me where I had made my mistake. The facility always looks clenched and we'll kept. I would highly recommend this storage facility to everyone!!!

Needed a winter storage unit for my motorcycle. They had an ideal size to fit a bike. Price was fair (also got a free month). I liked being able to pay online and canceling was hastle-free.

They have several payment options including online and it's no charge. Climate controlled units, very clean, very secure with passcoded gate entry with late night access at a reasonable price. They even have a moving truck you can rent Very cheaply! Only complaints are avoid late fees they're very high I think 30$ and the lot isn't level (steep inclines and sideways hills making it difficult to navigate with snow or ice) but black topped. I currently rent the smallest unit it's lighted and 5x10 for around $55. I highly recommend them!

She deffinetly goes above and beyond the call of duty to keep her customers happy. I wish I could clone her for my employese. I have been storing with Advantage for a few years now. Not once have I ever had a problem. Friendly service with a smile, great hours and reasonable pricing. I love knowing that my 'treasures' are safe and sound. Any questions that I've ever have had have been answered promptly. If you need something such as locks, tape, boxes and packing supplies, anything you might need is for sale right there in the office. I honestly can't say enough good things about this facility.
