Crystal Long was awesome. She gave us a tour of the entire facility, explained how the lift works, and allowed us to see the unit before we signed the contract. She also provided us with a list of items common for moving, which was extremely helpful!

Tabitha is an absolute angel walking the earth. I rented a U-Haul from another location, and it had none of the moving supplies I’d ordered. I called Beach Self Storage desperate for help and Tabitha answered. Even though they were closing she called around, found the supplies at Lusby Self Storage, and then drove down there to meet me and load everything up. She was the only thing that went right today and I will never go anywhere else. Tabitha is the absolute best.
