First time using A+ storage. I went with this business because of the amazing reviews. The online process to rent was very easy. I had to go in person to provide a copy of ID and SSN, it was quick paperwork. After the paperwork I received a free heavy duty lock w/ keys & my personal code. Upon entering I was greeted immediately and instantly felt welcomed. Staff had such good energy. Very helpful and honest! I was taken to see the storage! Again very secure&safe, very clean and easy to navigate. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It’s not too often you find FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL businesses.

Great experience so far

I can't say enough nice things about this place. I have now rented 2 units here, one small and one large. The set up is secure, the units and buildings are clean and the staff is exceptional. The ladies are always friendly and knowledgeable and go above and beyond with excellent customer service. Once I was called because staff had seen I hadn't put my lock on properly and wanted to let me know so I could return to fix it. I hadn't been there for a week or more but everything was just as I left it. This is a great place to meet your storage needs!

Making a reservation online was easy, the staff responded promptly by telephone, and was very polite when we first visited the office in person to finish the paperwork and get the lock, etc. The storage unit was found to be clean when we moved in. The whole site in Maumee is very nice and clean.

This is by far the best storage facility I have ever stored my belongings at. It’s a nice clean newer facility it’s usually pretty quiet with not many people coming and going when I’m there which I like because it allows me to go through my storage organize pull things out and put them back in without bothering anybody else

8/12/2020: I recently rented a storage unit for the first time. I checked so many websites, their prices, locations, access hours, & available units. I finally found the storage unit that check ALL my requirements and more. It was A+ Self Storage, 909 Illinois Ave., Maumee, OH 43537. When I initially called and spoke to Haley, the Manager, she had all the specific information I needed and was extremely friendly and not pushy. I put a hold on the unit I wanted to rent and told her I would see her in a couple of days. The day of my appointment I also as able to meet Karen, the Assistant Manager. Also very friendly. The office was extremely clean as was the outside. Haley, told me that she remembered in our phone conversation I mentioned that I have painful arthritis in my foot and that a unit of he same size had come available only it was closer to the door, so she moved me. I thanked so much for her thoughtfulness. What a special gesture. Once a couple of papers were signed she gave me my code and then my free security lock w/keys for the unit and headed to see the unit. It was right around the corner from the office. The 5' x10' is perfect!! Plus they are currently running a special of buy one month, 2nd month for free. I truly can't say enough good things about Haley, Karen and A+ Self Storage. The unit was clean. The hallways and floors were clean. Having this be the first time to experience renting a storage unit, A+ Self Storage will be recommended to anyone who needs one. I still have the storage unit and the staff continue to be wonderful. Around the 20th of every month I receive an email notice reminding me that my payment is due on the 1st of the following month. Even though I know that, I appreciate the reminder and I just call in my payment and an email receipt is sent before my call is ended. It's easy record keeping for me. Haley was unbelievably helpful from the moment we walked in the door. Originally we had opted for a 5x10 unit, and when we got there we feared it was not big enough. Haley showed us two larger units, then effortlessly and painlessly was able to transfer our previously filled out lease agreement in minutes. The facilities and property were clean and up kept, and she offered palettes to store stuff on in the unit itself. She was kind and helpful, and made moving into a storage unit hassle free and quick. Could not recommend this place, or customer service by Haley, high enough. Thank you so much!!

Certainly one of the best storage place in the area. Everything is well maintained and kept clean. Access is easy and circulating, maneuvering and parking close to your unit is easy. I rented 2 unis for around a year to store furniture and belonging as we were building a new house and did not get any damage on anything. Units are dry and no insect or critter. On top of thid, staff is very accessible and helpful. I will store with them again if needed.

I have had a unit at this location for approximately 7 months. The place is extremely clean and the staff, especially Haley Foreman, have always been very helpful and kind to us, even over the phone. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The prices are a little bit higher than other places but it is worth it because of the cleaniness, the security and the wonderful staff. Found this place during a quick Google search and chose it for it's great location in addition to ease of parking for campers/RVs. Once my girlfriend and I got there we knew we made the right choice. The facility was very nice and the manager, Haley, was friendly. Overall happy with my decision to store with A+

After considerable research of storage units in the Perrysburg, Maumee area we chose A+ primarily because of the cleanliness of the facility, but Haley’s expertise is a cut above the competition and was a major factor in our decision.

Clean and friendly.

The rental process was very smooth as the agent did an excellant job of explaining everything and was able to answer all questions, very professional! The facilities are very clean and the it has an excellant access procedure.

I ended up not doing a climate controlled unit, but I was very impressed with there operation and there customer service was excellent. Hailey was friendly and very enjoyable to work with. I would definitely consider them first in the future if I have storage needs.

Haley took real care and supported us today. Highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful experience renting a unit from A+! This was my first time renting a unit and I was not sure which size I needed. I called the company and chatted with a customer service rep named April who provided me with ample information and got me set up with an appointment to go look at the units. The assistant manager was wonderful when I arrived, most definitely went above and beyond to help me get set up. Units are clean, dry, secure and I am very pleased with my experience!

I stored my apartment furniture here in a temperature controlled unit for one month before moving to a different city in June 2018. My experience was phenomenal with the cleanliness and quality of the unit as well as staff interactions. The location was convenient and price was exceptional as well. Top-notch, new facility and is the BEST storage place I have ever used! Andrea is awesome and made the entire rental experience very efficient and thorough.
